Homeowner’s Grant Service Centers
If you need any assistance, please visit one of the Grant Service Centers. No appointment is necessary and walk-ins are welcome. Homeowners needing assistance can obtain the following services:
- Submit additional requested applicant information
- Obtain their user name and password
- Check their grant application status
- Receive copies of the damage assessment reports
- Assistance with appeals
- Assistance with the insurance affidavit
- Obtain notary services
- Assistance with the owner occupancy affidavit
- Assistance with a DNQ (Do Not Qualify) letter regarding their grant application
- Obtain general consultative services for applicants and prospective applicants
- Assistance with Sold Home Procedures
